A World War I History G\"\"roup has been in existence in Halifax for years; the group started meeting at the Shearwater Aviation Museum in the summer of 2023. After relocating with the SAM staff during renovations to the museum in 2023-2024, the group returned to SAM with the staff and broadened the focus of the group beyond The Great War. The group meets the 3rd Thursday of every month in the Bonaventure Briefing Room at the Shearwater Aviation Museum, with a different speaker and military history topic of the month. In person or online attendance is possible using the Zoom online meeting platform. Interested?
